Adding an SMTP server

You must define at least one SMTP server to support the account password reset function, AutoSupport (ASUP), and alert notifications.

Before you begin

You must have the following information:

Steps

  1. Click Configuration at the top of the web page.
  2. Click SMTP Servers on the left side of the page.
  3. Click Add next to SMTP Servers.
  4. Enter the hostname, port, username, and password.
  5. Click Save.
