RCF(Reference Configuration File) 업그레이드

현재 부팅 이미지를 반영하도록 부팅 구성을 변경해야 하는 경우, 나중에 재부팅할 때 올바른 버전이 인스턴스화되도록 RCF를 다시 적용하기 전에 이 구성을 변경해야 합니다.
