You might need to change the password for a tenant account's root user if the root user is locked out of the account.
Before you begin
- You must be signed in to the Grid Management Interface using a supported browser.
- To perform this task, you need specific access permissions. For details, see information about controlling system access with administration user accounts and groups.
Steps
- Select Tenants.
The Tenant Accounts page appears.

- Select the tenant account you want to edit.
If your system includes more than 20 items, you can specify how many rows are shown on each page at one time. You can then use your browser's find feature to search for a specific item in the currently displayed rows.
- Select Change Root Password.
- Enter the new password for the tenant account.
- Click Save.
