What AutoSupport is

The AutoSupport mechanism enables you to automatically send information about the health of your StorageGRID Webscale system to NetApp.

Each week the AutoSupport "call home" mechanism sends a message to technical support that includes current system and site level attribute information such as alarms, storage usage, and system events as listed on the SSM > Events > Overview page.
