Creating a logical interface

Depending on the design of your storage network and the number of file systems planned, you might need to create one or more additional logical interfaces (LIFs).

About this task

A single IP address is assigned to the NAS Bridge, either by using DHCP or setting a static IP address. NAS Bridge automatically creates a LIF definition with this IP address.
