Signing in to the Tenant Manager

You access the sign in page by entering the URL for the tenant into the address bar of a supported web browser.

1. Launch a supported web browser.
2. In the browser's address bar, enter one of the following:
   • The complete URL for the tenant.
   • The IP address or fully qualified domain name of a StorageGRID Admin Node.
3. If you are prompted with a security alert, install the certificate using the browser's installation wizard.
4. Sign in to the Tenant Manager.
   • If single sign-on (SSO) is not being used for the StorageGRID system, and you entered the complete URL for the tenant:
     1. The Tenant Manager sign-in page appears, with the Account ID field completed. Enter your username and password for the Tenant Manager.
     2. Click Sign in.
        
        
     3. If you received the password from someone at another company, such as a service provider, consider changing the password to ensure it is secure. Select Access Control > Users.
   • If single sign-on (SSO) is not being used for the StorageGRID system, and you entered the IP address or fully qualified domain name of a StorageGRID Admin Node:
     1. The Grid Manager sign-in page appears. Click the Tenant Login link in the upper right.
        
        
     2. On the Tenant Manager sign-in page, select the name of the tenant account if it appears in the list of recent accounts, or enter the tenant's 20-digit account ID.
     3. Enter your username and password.
     4. Click Sign in.
   • If SSO is enabled for the StorageGRID system, and you entered the complete URL for the tenant, your organization's SSO page appears. Enter your standard SSO credentials. For example:
     
     
   • If SSO is enabled for the StorageGRID system, and you entered the IP address or fully qualified domain name of a StorageGRID Admin Node without the tenant Account ID:
     1. Do either of the following:
        • Enter the Account ID, and click Sign in.
        • Select the name of the tenant account if it appears in the list of recent accounts, and click Sign in.
          
          
     2. Sign in with your standard SSO credentials on your organization's SSO sign-in page.
