Description: This message occurs when volumes on an aggregate become available to the protocol clients near the end of the attach phase of volume relocation.
Corrective Action: (None).
Syslog Message: Protocol outage for volumes on aggregate "%s" has ended at %u, %u ms after the attach callback (including %u ms for replay).
Parameters: aggr_name (STRING): Name of the aggregate.
sk_msecs (LONGINT): Timestamp of this event.
attach_protocol_outage_duration (LONGINT): Duration in milliseconds from the moment of the attach callback to this event.
attach_replay_duration (LONGINT): Duration of the nvlog replay before the protocol outage ends.
