owner (STRING): owner string (foreign, partner, et al)
vol_name (STRING): Volume name
app (STRING): Application UUID.
volident (STRING): To uniquely identify the volume in cases where volume name itself is insufficient.
timebuf (STRING): Text string describing expiration time/date.
