Backup endpoints in the NetApp Backup and Recovery REST API

The backup endpoints manage backup operations of cloud and on-premises resources and retrieve details of the backup data when required. You can perform the following operations by using the Backup endpoints:

  • Retrieve details of the backup data of a system, volumes, and snapshots. +

  • Enable cloud backup on a system, back up volumes, and create on-demand backups. +

  • Modify the backup configuration of systems and volumes. +

  • Disable backups for systems and volumes, and delete backups.
