NetApp Support Site endpoints in the In-Product Automation REST API for the NetApp Console

NetApp Support Site (NSS) endpoints in the NetApp Console IPA service provide various functions related to NetApp Support Site key management, migration, and access-token retrieval.

A NetApp Support Site key is a collection of the following:

  • Public identifier

  • Resource identifier — used internally (such as VsaWorkingEnvironment-6iEs02vL)

  • Account ID (such as account-NJ1nCpW5)

  • Resource class (such as ON_PREM, VSA, S3)

  • NetApp Support Site key ID (such as a75d2cbb-4be9-4115-b8d0-31fa10c7791c)

  • NetApp Support Site username - the name used to make a NetApp Support Site registration

You can perform the following actions with the NetApp Support Site endpoints:

  • NetApp Support Site key management (retrieve, update, delete)

  • Associate or disassociate a NetApp Support Site key

  • Update a NetApp Support Site key of a resource

  • Migrate a NetApp Support Site key and associate it with a resource

  • Retrieve an access token (required for registration)

  • Retrieve a NetApp Support Site username and email address
