After subscribing to NetApp Data Availability Services in AWS and having successfully deployed the app, it is strongly recommended that you activate support with the NetApp Support organization. Activating support entitles you to access technical support using one or more methods, including online chat, a web ticketing system, and phone call.

The default support level is self-service until the app’s serial number is activated and product registration is completed.
