Accessing support information in the NetApp Data Availability Services app

The app includes information necessary to activate Support entitlement and to contact Support for assistance.

  1. From the Dashboard window, open the Settings page by clicking gear icon (on the upper right corner of the window).

  2. In the Support tile, record the following information:

    • NetApp Serial Number

    • AWS Account ID

    • AWS Instance ID
      These values are needed to activate Support entitlement.

      The Support tile also includes a link to the NetApp Support site, where you can activate Support entitlement. It is recommended that you do so as soon as possible.
