Verify Google Cloud NetApp Volumes access and APIs for Oracle Database 26ai
Verify Google Cloud NetApp Volumes access, API enablement, networking prerequisites, and time synchronization before provisioning GCNV iSCSI storage for Oracle Database 26ai high availability on Google Compute Engine.
Access and APIs
Use this checklist to verify permissions and platform readiness before starting host and storage provisioning.
-
❏ GCP roles are assigned for Compute Engine VMs, VPC firewall (or Firewall Policies), NetApp Volumes, and PSA networking (including Shared VPC host-project sign-off, if applicable).
-
❏ NetApp Volumes API is enabled (Cloud Console → APIs & Services, or command below).
-
❏ VPC and subnet are configured with a PSA range for GCNV: Configure networking for NetApp Volumes.
-
❏ Time is synchronized on all three VMs (commands below).
gcloud services enable netapp.googleapis.com chronyc tracking timedatectl
