Description
This message occurs when the ONTAPI API times out. The default ONTAPI API timeout is 60 seconds, which might be too short in some scenarios.

Corrective action
Change the ONTAPI API timeout to a value greater than 60 seconds by setting the environment variable
ONTAPI_TIMEOUT_SEC, and then restart SMI-S Provider.
