使用`set storageArray autosupportOnDemand`命令可以打开或关闭AutoSupport OnDemand功能。此功能允许技术支持协调AutoSupport 数据传输、并允许他们请求重新传输缺失的支持数据。

支持的阵列

此命令适用于单个 E4000、E2800、E5700、EF600、EF300、EF50 和 EF80 存储阵列。不适用于 E2700 或 E5600 存储阵列。

角色

要在 E4000、E2800、E5700、EF600、EF300、EF50 或 EF80 存储阵列上执行此命令，必须具有 Storage Admin 或 Support Admin 角色。

环境

启用此功能之前、必须先在存储阵列上启用AutoSupport 功能。启用此功能后、您接下来可以启用AutoSupport 远程诊断功能(如果需要)。

语法

set storageArray autoSupportOnDemand (enable | disable)

验证

使用`show storageArray AutoSupport`命令查看是否已启用此功能。显示的输出的前两行显示了AutoSupport 功能的启用状态、后跟AutoSupport OnDemand功能：
