啟用或停用AutoSupport 「根據需求提供支援」功能

「set storageArray autosupSupportOnDemand」命令會開啟或關閉AutoSupport 「支援即用」功能。此功能可讓技術支援人員協調AutoSupport 不必要的資料傳輸、並可要求重新傳輸遺失的支援資料。

支援的陣列

此命令適用於個別E2800、E5700、EF600或EF300儲存陣列。它無法在E2700或E5600儲存陣列上運作。

角色

若要在E2800、E5700、EF600或EF300儲存陣列上執行此命令、您必須具有「儲存管理員」或「支援管理員」角色。

背景

啟用此功能之前、您必須先在AutoSupport 儲存陣列上啟用「支援功能」。啟用此功能之後、您可以接著啟用AutoSupport 「支援不支援功能」（如有需要）。

set storageArray autoSupportOnDemand (enable | disable)

驗證

使用「show storageArray AutoSupport sf2」命令查看您是否已啟用此功能。顯示輸出的前兩行顯示AutoSupport 啟用功能狀態、接著AutoSupport 顯示「支援」功能：

The AutoSupport OnDemand feature is enabled on this storage array.
