「啟用Mcli |停用autosupportOnDemand」命令會開啟或關閉AutoSupport 「支援OnDemand」功能。此功能可讓技術支援人員協調AutoSupport 不必要的資料傳輸、並可要求重新傳輸遺失的支援資料。

支援的陣列

此命令一次適用於管理網域中的所有E2700和E5600儲存陣列。不適用於E2800或E5700儲存陣列。

此命令是SMcli命令、而非指令碼命令。您必須從命令列執行此命令。您無法從儲存管理軟體的指令碼編輯器執行此命令。

啟用此功能之前、您必須先在AutoSupport 管理網域上啟用「支援功能」。啟用此功能之後、您可以接著啟用AutoSupport 「支援不支援功能」（如有需要）。根據預設、啟用「僅供即用」功能時、會啟用「支援遠端診斷」功能。AutoSupport AutoSupport

驗證

使用「Mcli -autosupSupportConfig show」命令查看您是否已啟用此功能。顯示輸出的前兩行顯示AutoSupport 啟用功能狀態、接著AutoSupport 顯示「支援」功能：
