「啟用Mcli |停用AutoSupportRemoteDiag」命令會開啟或關閉AutoSupport 「支援遠端診斷」功能。這項功能可讓技術支援人員要求支援資料、以便從遠端診斷問題。

支援的陣列

此命令一次適用於管理網域中的所有E2700和E5600儲存陣列。不適用於E2800或E5700儲存陣列。

背景

此命令是SMcli命令、而非指令碼命令。您必須從命令列執行此命令。您無法從儲存管理軟體的指令碼編輯器執行此命令。

此命令會影響管理網域中所有具備ASUP功能的儲存陣列。

啟用此功能之前、請先啟用AutoSupport 管理AutoSupport 網域上的「支援功能」、然後再啟用「支援功能」。

您必須依此順序啟用這三項功能。

  1. 啟用AutoSupport 此功能

  2. 啟用AutoSupport 《支援此功能》

  3. 啟用AutoSupport 「更新遠端診斷」

驗證

使用「Mcli -autosupSupportConfig show」命令查看您是否已啟用此功能。顯示輸出的開頭三行顯示AutoSupport 啟用功能狀態、接著AutoSupport 顯示「支援」功能、接著顯示AutoSupport 「支援」功能、接著顯示「支援」功能的狀態：

The AutoSupport feature is activated on this storage management
