Installa NX-OS sugli switch Cisco Nexus 9364D-GX2A per nuove installazioni di sistemi AFX 1K o AFX 2K, per la sostituzione di switch o quando ripristini uno switch alle impostazioni di fabbrica.

Prima di iniziare

Lo switch (o gli switch) deve essere acceso e devi aver completato la procedura "Completa la configurazione iniziale dello switch".
Se stai installando NX-OS su uno o più switch come parte di una nuova installazione del sistema AFX o della sostituzione di uno switch, verifica che la versione di NX-OS sui tuoi switch sia la versione attualmente supportata da NetApp.
- Se il/i tuo/i switch hanno la versione corrente supportata da NetApp, non devi installare NX-OS. Devi installare l'RCF. Inizia con il "Installa o aggiorna la panoramica RCF".
- Se i tuoi switch non dispongono della versione attualmente supportata da NetApp, continua con questa procedura per installare NX-OS.
Se installi NX-OS su uno switch come parte di una sostituzione dello switch o di un ripristino alle impostazioni di fabbrica, verifica che il tuo cluster sia completamente funzionante, cioè che non ci siano errori nei log o problemi simili.

Se stai installando NX-OS come parte di una nuova installazione del sistema AFX, puoi saltare questo requisito perché i controller nel tuo sistema AFX non sono ancora accesi in questa fase dell'installazione e configurazione del sistema AFX.

Informazioni su questo compito

La versione di ONTAP in esecuzione sul tuo sistema AFX determina le versioni di NX-OS supportate per i tuoi switch.
- Per gli switch in un sistema AFX 1K, con qualsiasi versione supportata di ONTAP, è supportato NX-OS 10.4.2 e versioni successive.
- Per gli switch in un sistema AFX 2K, che eseguono ONTAP 9.19.1GA o versioni successive, è supportato NX-OS 10.6 e versioni successive.

Questa procedura richiede solo l'utilizzo dei comandi degli switch Cisco Nexus 9000 Series.

Se hai installato switch come parte di una nuova installazione di sistema AFX 1K o AFX 2K, questa procedura ti fa installare NX-OS sul primo switch (cs1) e poi ti fa ripetere i passaggi per il secondo switch (cs2).
Gli esempi mostrati in questa procedura si riferiscono a sistemi AFX 1K con switch che utilizzano RCF 10.0. Se hai un sistema AFX 2K, l'input e l'output possono variare.

Passaggio 1: Preparati a installare NX-OS

Preparati a installare NX-OS sullo/sugli switch assicurandoti di avere accesso a un server con la versione supportata di NX-OS, scaricare NX-OS, connetterti alla rete di gestione per il trasferimento dei file e poi verificare la connettività al server.

Devi avere accesso a un server HTTP, FTP o TFTP. Avere accesso a uno di questi server ti permette di scaricare una versione supportata di NX-OS.
Scarica la versione corretta di NX-OS per gli switch dalla pagina "Scarica il software Cisco".
Collega lo switch alla rete di gestione (per il trasferimento dei file).
Verifica la connettività al server che ospita NX-OS usando il comando ping.

Installa e verifica l'immagine NX-OS e EPLD sul primo switch (cs1), quindi ripeti questi passaggi sul secondo switch (cs2) se stai installando NX-OS nell'ambito di una nuova installazione di un sistema AFX.

Installa l'immagine NX-OS ed EPLD.

Scegli la scheda che si applica alla tua situazione:
- Installa 10.4(2)F
- Installa 10.6(3)F o una versione successiva

Installa le immagini NX-OS ed EPLD.

L'immagine EPLD non viene aggiornata automaticamente quando esegui l'aggiornamento a NX-OS 10.6(3)F e versioni successive. Dopo aver completato l'aggiornamento e dopo il riavvio dello switch, devi eseguire di nuovo lo stesso comando di aggiornamento install all.

La seconda fase di aggiornamento verifica, ma salta l'aggiornamento di NX-OS; viene aggiornata solo l'immagine EPLD.
