Parameters

disk (STRING): Disk name.
partition (INT): SMap Partition number.
start_zone (INT): SMAP start logical zone.
num_zones (INT): Number of logical zones in the SMAP instance.
ha_err_status (INT): Host Adapter error status.
nvme_err_code_type (INT): NVME error code type.
nvme_err_code (INT): NVME error for the specific NVME error code type.
