Disable NetApp Ransomware Resilience
If you no longer want to use NetApp Ransomware Resilience, you can let the license expire. You can also disable policies that you no longer want to use.
Disable Ransomware Resilience
After the subscription or license expires, Ransomware Resilience automatically disables features that require a subscription or license.
For details about actions you can still do after the license expires, refer to Set up Ransomware Resilience licensing.
Disable protection policies
If you want to stop using protection policies that are applied to workloads, you can disable them using System Manager, API calls, or CLI.
You can disable FPolicy and backup policies in Ransomware Resilience by applying a different policy that does not include them. For instructions on setting protection policies, refer to Protect workloads against ransomware attacks.
