This message occurs during an attempt to assign a disk that is being deleted. This can happen if the disk is deleted at the storage layer while disk assignment is in progress.
- Corrective Action

Run the "run local disk show -v" command to see the list of available disks, and then retry the operation using one of the listed disks.
