Description: This message occurs when the link status of a locked wrench Ethernet port (on the back of the storage controller) changes from "up" to "down".
Corrective Action: Verify that the cable in the port is seated properly.
Syslog Message: The on-board locked wrench port is down.
Parameters: (None).
