Description

This message occurs when the lock manager non-disruption subsystem for CIFS continuously available (CA) shares notifies the high-availability (HA) module that transition into the up state is allowed. After the lock manager has sent this notification, the HA module will allow certain failover options to proceed such as aggregate relocation and giveback.
