This message occurs when a LUN is brought offline by the SCSI layer because of a write failure due to lack of space.
- Corrective Action

Add space to the volume, and then bring the LUN online using the "lun online" command.

volume_name (STRING): Name of the containing volume.

object_type (STRING): Type of object under notification.
