Description

This message occurs when ONTAP® software detects an unsupported disk shelf.

Corrective Action

Verify that the disk shelf attached is supported by the version of ONTAP running on the storage controller. If the disk shelf is supported, replace the disk shelf module.

Syslog Message

Disk shelf %s (%s) is unsupported.

Parameters

device (STRING): Device address of the disk shelf.
product_id (STRING): Product ID of the disk shelf.
