Parameters: volume_name (STRING): Name of the volume.
aggr_name (STRING): Name of the aggregate.
sk_msecs (LONGINT): Timestamp of this event.
detach_lead_time (LONGINT): Duration in milliseconds from the moment of the detach callback to this event.
