To increase the licensed capacity, install a new license in the cluster.

vol (STRING): Volume name.
app (STRING): Application UUID.
volident (STRING): Unique identifier of the volume when the volume name by itself is insufficient.
cluster_uuid (STRING): UUID of the Cluster.
