Description: This message occurs when a chassis fan is removed This is a warning message.
Corrective Action: Reinsert the FRU.

Parameters: fan_name (STRING): Name of the field-replaceable unit (FRU) containing the fan.

Severity: ERROR
Description: This message occurs when a chassis fan is stopped. This is a warning message.
Corrective Action: Reseat the FRU. If the FRU is an I/O module, schedule unit downtime and power off the unit before reseating the FRU. If the error persists, replace the FRU.
