This message occurs when a data IP address is being reassigned from one node to another node. The output contains the node ID of both nodes as well as whether or not the operation was done forcefully. The value of isForceful is "true" if the data IP is moved in response to a error condition on the cluster rather than a user requested operation.

fromNodeUuid (STRING): Universal unique identifier of the node from which the data IP is being reassigned.
toNode (STRING): Name of the node to which the data IP is being reassigned.
