This message occurs when the token manager cannot create a PIT file in a volume. This can happen for the following reasons: insufficient space in the volume, unable to create the directory, or unable to set attributes.

This message occurs when the PIT file of a volume is deleted. A new PIT file will be created automatically during the first 'token create' request for this volume.
