This message occurs when the 'debug vreport' command found that some nodes were unreachable. Such nodes may contain WAFL-VLDB discrepancies which will not get reported.
- Corrective Action

The file mgwd.log logs the list of unavailable nodes. Ensure all these nodes are reachable from the node where the 'debug vreport' is run.
