volname (STRING): The name of the volume being rebalanced.
source_affid (INT): The VOL affinity at which the volume was rooted before rebalancing.
target_affid (INT): The target VOL affiinty which the volume will be rebalanced.
error (INT): Error code when the volume failed to be rebalanced. It's 0 if it was successfully rebalanced.
trigger (INT): Reason that triggered the volume rebalance event.
