Description: This message occurs when the Alternate Control Path (ACP) Processor receives a command to initiate a firmware download.

Parameters: command (STRING): Firmware image name.
inband_id (STRING): In-band ID of the module.
ip (STRING): IP address of the module.
status (STRING): Status code returned by the 'initiation' command.
