This event is generated if SnapLock is unable to destroy the SnapLock state for a SnapLock volume. This will not affect the operation of the reverted volume and does not require any corrective action.

volume (STRING): The name of the SnapLock volume on which the SnapLock state could not be destroyed.
app (STRING): Application Name.
volident (STRING): Unique identifier of the volume when the volume name itself is insufficient.
