Power on and configure the switches for your AFX 2K storage system

After you cable your AFX 2K storage system, you need to power on and configure the Cisco Nexus 9808, 9332D-GX2B, or 9364D-GX2A switches.

Plug the power cords for the switches into the power sources.

Connect the ISL cables between the two switches.

For Cisco Nexus 9332D-GX2B switches, use ports 31/32 for the ISL connections. See the Cisco Nexus 9332D-GX2B Mode Switch Hardware Installation Guide for more information.

Power on each switch.

Configure the switches to support the AFX 2K storage system.
