Display group configurations
Availability: This command is available to cluster and Vserver administrators at the admin privilege level.
Description
This command displays the configured groups.
Parameters

[-fields <fieldname>,…] -
If you specify the
-fields <fieldname>, …parameter, the command output also includes the specified field or fields. You can use '-fields ?' to display the fields to specify. - |

If you specify the
-instanceparameter, the command displays detailed information about all fields. [-vserver <vserver name>]- Vserver-
Selects the groups associated with the Vserver that matches this parameter value.
[-name <text>]- Group Name-
Selects the groups associated with the name that matches this parameter value.
[-type <entra>]- Group Type-
Selects the groups associated with the type that matches this parameter value.
[-id <integer>]- Group ID-
Selects the groups associated with the group id that matches this parameter value.
[-uuid <UUID>]- Group UUID-
Selects the groups associated with the uuid that matches this parameter value.
[-created <MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS>]- Create Timestamp-
Selects the groups associated with the created time that matches this parameter value.
[-comment <text>]- Comment-
Selects the groups associated with the comment that matches this parameter value.
[-scope {svm|cluster}]- Cluster or SVM-
Selects the groups associated with the scope that matches this parameter value.
Examples
The example below displays the "Eng_group" group information of the Vserver VS1.
