Display local groups
Availability: This command is available to cluster and Vserver administrators at the admin privilege level.
Description
The vserver cifs users-and-groups local-group show
command displays local groups.
Parameters
- {
[-fields <fieldname>,…]
-
If you specify the
-fields <fieldname>, …
parameter, the command output also includes the specified field or fields. You can use '-fields ?' to display the fields to specify. - |
[-instance ]
} -
If you specify the
-instance
parameter, the command displays detailed information about all fields. [-vserver <vserver name>]
- Vserver-
If this parameter is specified, the command displays information only about local groups that match the specified Vserver name.
[-group-name <CIFS name>]
- Group Name-
If this parameter is specified, the command displays information only about local groups that match the specified group name.
[-description <TextNoCase>]
- Description-
If this parameter is specified, the command displays information only about local groups that match the specified description.
Examples
The following example displays all local groups associated with Vserver "vs1".
cluster1::> vserver cifs users-and-groups local-group show -vserver vs1 Vserver Group Name Description -------------- -------------------------------- ---------------------------- vs1 BUILTIN\Administrators Built-in Administrators group vs1 BUILTIN\Backup Operators Backup Operators group vs1 BUILTIN\Power Users Restricted administrative privileges vs1 BUILTIN\Users All users vs1 CIFS_SERVER\g1 vs1 CIFS_SERVER\g2 6 entries were displayed.
