Description

This message occurs when an I/O request to the ATA driver in ONTAP® Select takes longer than five seconds. This might be an indication of an overloaded or misconfigured back-end storage subsystem.

Corrective Action

If possible, reduce the I/O load on the system. Verify that the device is configured correctly and is functioning correctly.
