This message occurs when the controller failover partner reports that a disk selected for download is in the NOT READY state.
- Corrective Action

Only disks in the READY state can be downloaded to. If a disk is in the NOT READY state, it indicates that the disk has probably failed for some reason and should be returned for RMA.
