This message occurs when the system fails to bind a SW-iWARP thread to a CPU during the boot-up. If this happens, SW-iWARP cannot support polling and will be running in a degraded state.
- Corrective Action

Try a takeover and giveback of both of the nodes. If it still fails, contact NetApp technical support.
