This message occurs when the Perfstat daemon (perfstatd) has been disabled for more than an hour. This is caused by setting the -perfstat-sampling-period value to 0. This message will be repeated every hour perfstatd is turned off. The messages will only displayed once a day.
 - Corrective Action
 - 
Run the 'statistics archive config modify -perfstat-sampling-period 5' command. This will enable the perfstatd and it will set the Perfstat sampling period to the default value of 5 minutes.
 - Syslog Message

The Perfstat daemon (perfstatd) has been disabled for more than an hour. It is important for the analysis and diagnoses of performance related issues. Consider enabling it.
