This message occurs in a NetApp MetroCluster configuration where both peer clusters are configured with the external key manager on the admin Vserver, but the NSE-AK keys do not match between the local and remote clusters. A mismatch in the NSE-AK keys can cause a failure during a reboot or future switchover/switchback event.
