This message occurs when the user installed certificates of the service processor API service become invalid and are subsequently replaced with internal certificates.

Install new digital certificates on the system using the "security certificate create" or "security certificate install" command and enable them using "system service-processor api-service enable-installed-certificates" command.

User installed certificates of the service processor API service are replaced with internal certificates.
