This message occurs when ONTAP® detects asymmetric routing on the e0M port. Sending non-management traffic over the e0M port is unsupported and will cause performance degradation.

Use the "network route show" command to check the routes configured on the system storage virtual machine (SVM). Use the "network route create" command to add missing routes with a gateway in the subnet of the LIFs that are not hosted on the e0M port.

Traffic destined for %s from source LIF %s, which is not hosted on e0M, is being routed through e0M.
