This message occurs when a MetroCluster(tm) switchover operation cannot be performed on this node because it is in the takeover state and one of the nodes in its disaster recovery(DR) group has the "node-object-limit" MetroCluster configuration option set to off.

Use the "storage failover giveback" command to take this node out of takeover state.
