Parameters: disk_name (STRING): Name of the disk.
productID (STRING): Product name of the disk.
serialno (STRING): Serial number of the disk.
status (INT): Maintenance test completion status where 0 represents successful completion of the test.
fa0 (INTHEX): Failure byte 0.
fa1 (INTHEX): Failure byte 1.
fa2 (INTHEX): Failure byte 2.
fa3 (INTHEX): Failure byte 3.
