- Parameters

vvbn (LONGINT): Virtual volume block number (VVBN) on which the read failed.
vol (STRING): Name of the volume.
app (STRING): Application UUID.
volident (STRING): Uniquely identifies the volume, if the volume name itself is insufficient.
