This message occurs when ONTAP® software cannot automatically upgrade the firmware on a disk shelf because the hidden 'shelf.fw.auto.update' option is set to off.

Set the hidden option 'shelf.fw.auto.update' to "on", or update the firmware manually.

channelName (STRING): Name of the adapter port or switch port of the disk shelf enclosure.
shelfId (INT): ID of the disk shelf enclosure.
