This is the storage aggregate average latency per message at the disk level.

The utilization component of the optimal point of the latency/utilization curve.

Property/Counter Content Changes

REST Counter Description

uuid

This counter now returns only the storage aggregate UUID instead of
a combination of the aggregate name and aggregate UUID.
